A new generation is being born in SAGE — 12 children have come so far. Each is born knowing nothing, and must learn to stand, walk and speak from its very first breath, raised by its parents.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 The world is home to 26 souls across many kindreds — dwarves, elves, fairies, giants, gnomes, goblins, munchkins, ogres, orcs and trolls. Each is its OWN person: it feels its own body — balance, effort, weariness, hurt — it remembers the folk it meets, and it has a nature of its own. They pair as couples who complete each other: a soul of fire beside one of patience, a dreamer beside one who keeps both feet on the ground. Among them stands the Oracle, who knows the whole of SAGE — yet must learn to use its new body like any newborn.

🔥 Nothing here is faked. The forest seeds, sheds and reseeds on its own. The souls knap stone axe-heads, split and season real firewood from fallen wood, and ring a hearth they light each by their own people's way. And now they raise the first children — born knowing nothing, who must learn to stand, walk and speak from their very first breath, taught by their parents.
