Federal investigators traced payments for CSAM to accounts linked to Gosnell’s email address and telephone number. Detectives also recovered videos and images of CSAM on his phone and during a search of his home.

Prosecutors say Gosnell possessed a hard drive containing hundreds of CSAM, as well as communicated with a fellow pedophile male to whom he was possibly sexually involved. The two discussed their desire to abuse kids together. The conversation between Gosnell and the man discussed plans for him to travel to the man’s home in Florida, where the two would “jointly r -(a) — pe and torture” the infant son of the man’s family member. He also revealed in telegram conversations that he had r (*a*)ped or abused children on several occasions. He said he had traveled to Puerto Vallarta to have intercourse with a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old.
