Heads up to you and @8to32characters, apparently waiting on an update has caused anything from sh.itjust.works to temporarily stop federating with non-lemmy instances. Anything I've tried to search for from that instance, including this, doesn't even come up with a 404. It just comes up empty for the moment :/
for some reason the link takes me to a 404 on kbin.
Change the link from a /c/ to an /m/, lemmy uses /c/ and kbin uses /m/, not an automatic way to do it across platform yet
