this is my thing. Why isn't ai making ideal matches of jobs and canidates instead of both sides saying ai is making it worse. AI appears to be a technology for active enshitification. Don't get me wrong its interesting but I don't see any proof its done anything of substance that is useful (well the llms not the algorithm traditional ai that never got the hyper buzz)
It's new technology, people are throwing spaghetti at the wall. It's absolutely not "all bullshit" but there are bound to be mistakes in the learning period.
Even the NPM team can't figure out how to fix supply chain issues without AI being involved at all.
