Water from the Tennessee River and power from TVA describes a large portion of that whole area. I'm surprised the whole thing isn't data centers by this point.

I'm also curious how many jobs were supposed to be created by a bitcoin mining facility, and also surprised building new buildings to mine bitcoin is a thing in 2026. I thought custom ASICs were the way to go years ago.
