Sure, good but mostly meaningless, the bold moves would be:
to move parliament out of London (or hold a referendum on it) - obviously this comes with issues as the UK doesn't have a separate executive from it's legislature but having a roving parliament would being economic booms to wherever hosted it, annoy lobbyists, be broadly popular with most of the UK who see UK politics as too London centric, but even a permanent move to Birmingham/Coventry or Manchester would be good.
Devolve more power to councils - looking at NY right now as a beacon of hope and the equivalent would be impossible in the UK as even Mayors are pretty weak - I think this was a genius part of Thatcher's strategy to make alternatives seem impossible, councils are so weak in the UK that all "acceptable" politics is tightly controlled in Westminster and councils just have to fulfill an increasingly large set of mandatory services with a shrinking budget and getting to pick what day the bins get collected.
