If you're currently using VISA/MasterCard for these purchases, what changes? If you're using some privacy-centric crypto or cash, again, what changes?

The idea is to replace cash not VISA (Europe has been working working on its own system for years). Without cash I won't be able to purchase anything anonymously (more or less so)
