Bro my car doesn't even have cruise control or electric windows or electric locks or a automatic transmission. It has AC though. I'm going to drive this thing until they make it illegal because its not smart enough.
My 2008 Subaru is a saint and has done no such thing.
My 2013 Maxima does not have GPS or even a touchscreen.
Does it have satellite radio? If so it's still being tracked
Just the presence of satellite radio doesn't mean you are being tracked, much like GPS, satellite radio is one way communication and your receiver is just that, a receiver (as oppose to a transmitter).
Sirius XM is a two way receiver these days.
Touche! I totally forgot they started adding cellular modems to some of the radios, it helps them disable non-paying radios but does give them a back channel to siphon off data. The bigger threat is OnStar equipped vehicles, they've started jamming that on every used car.
