It depends on what type of exhaustion. Some types need sleep, some types need physical activity, some need alone time and some need time with friends or family.
A bath and a book or a nature walk and a talk, are my most frequent needs aside from actual sleep.
If I'm burnout then just sit, watch a podcast or my favourite TV show, fart around on the internet etc and hope my energy levels start to return
If I have some energy then I'll do some art, that seems to restore me quite well... right now I'm binge watching 'the delta flyers' podcast as that's all I'm capable of right now
