I'm pretty consistent with taking my meds, even though I have a ton of them. It helps me to get multiple weekly pill organizers and fill them all at once until one of the meds runs out (that way, I make sure not to let any of them get too old by using a newer bottle first).

I keep a good routine. I get up at a reasonable time, focus on sleeping as well as I can, eat healthy and drink lots of water. I also exercise a lot

I'm trying to do the sleeping thing and drinking more water. I think I've just grown up as a prune that it just feels like my normal to not drink loads of water everyday.

I cook at home a lot, and teach am always teaching myself new recipes so I'm never bored.
