even the announcers are starting to point out how shit the breaks are; their effect on momentum

IDK, on one hand, I guess it's good if everybody or no one gets them but on the other hand... well... they just suck

The whole "fairness" angle is meaningless. It's already a big advantage to just play in normal temperatures compared to temps that would require a hydration break. Nobody would rather play in 30°C or more but with hydration breaks than a nice cool 20°C but with no breaks. There is no need to give "compensation" by making the breaks universal. They're simply just ad breaks. If they're not guaranteed, they're much harder to sell. Now they can charge more for the guaranteed ad space. That's it.

The first few games I honestly didn't mind it. I'd just go get a drink

But game after game after game, it's really starting to bother me

And not enough games actually need them to justify it

Depends, who are you rooting for?

I'm pretty happy, although it was a bit scary before the "hydration" break

The US is like... clear it or just turn it over right outside the box?

Lets just stand here for a bit and then turn it over
