front page joke/spoof 16+ our instance?
Seeing as many countries are readily accepting Nazi laws to verify your internet usage, we should front page spoof our instance to say that if you're under 16, you need to tell your guardians to refuse these Nazi laws by force, and where to find resources in case the guardians are FOR them, to find help etc. like the Trevor Project.
Have a subsection for “If you're trans, and your guardians refuse to support your transition, here are futher resources” with links and advisories.
If you mark you're 16+, “here are direct resource you can act.”

As someone who switched to this instance in part because an actual literal Nazi was being permitted to remain on my old instance...can we please not use the word "Nazi" so lightly? Australia's internet laws are a poorly considered overreach, for sure, but they are a long way from being Nazi.

now that I think about some more, it should be open source, so others can copy it on their servers.
I had long thought about doing a front page for affected countries calling out their governments and showing how to use a VPN.
But I figured why add the hassle to using the site, I'd rather user be able to use it like normal.
at the least I need to get our ISP up to make a codeberg mirror for those willing to participate in the spoof.
