You still need to credit the artists. Even if it's free to use. It's not free to steal.

It says no copyright. It should literally not be possible to file a copyright claim

There are companies who go throughout YouTube claiming videos just to steal revenue from creators. And YouTube's system makes it completely safe and easy for these people to do this.

If they can claim this, then the music should already be in youtubes system and recognized on the video, in which case it is attributed under the description.
