You might also be able to have a local print shop print it out for you, if you have the design

Print shops usually don't have solvent printers, which are the type used for outdoor signs and stickers. Look for a sign making business.

If you ask nicely, and explain that you don't mind waiting until they have a waste space on their print queue, they may charge you very little or nothing.

The reason for the explanation is to let them know that you know that when arranging jobs in the queue there are often waste spaces that they would discard anyway.

A shop that's been around for ages and is very generous when it comes to adding extra stuff to a big order - our local group is ordering there for many years now: https://www.ixsoft.de/cgi-bin/web_store.cgi (see "Fan-Artikel" then "Aufkleber" - yes, the website looks dated, I know)

Look in your city for a local shop, they would surely be really happy to realize your print

Is that a legit shop? There is no impressum

All search results are the same website

And if possible, I'd like to support a linux supporter, not just a random company selling stickers with a premium.

While I understand the idea in general Tux, the penguin, is basically freely available, do whatever you want with it, and you are explicitly encouraged to integrate the design into Linux related projects... as long as you mention the author should someone ask (source)

I wouldn't even buy a pre-fabricated sticker but do one myself. But that wasn't the question...

PS: the Impressum here or here, down at the bottom labeled "Impressum"?
