So he has 7 allegations of rape and is waiting for his trial.
For getting a US visa this was not a problem. I do think it's unfair.

It isn’t? I hate to defend a guy who is most likely a rapist, but shouldn’t the courts decide If he is one, instead of the Canadian border control?
Or should I be able to prevent someone from getting a visa just by claiming they raped me, regardless of veracity?
If he wasn't a celebrity, he'd be in jail.
