It's hard to forget, but the communist analysis is that the state emerges from material social conditions and that if your goal is to abolish the state it must be through the changing of material social conditions that are entwined with the existence of a state in the present. Which is why it's a doctrine of the process of liberating and not "push the communism button please"

Yeah I know, this is just bait for that one tankie that has been posting cringe lately

2

Oh yeah thanks. I thought this became a tankie space but now I checked again it looks like it's just one account

3

nothing at all really, some "Marxist"-Leninist has been posting apologist stuff lately and calling everyone even a bit libertarian shit libs

5

Counterpoint - there are no communists alive, for they have died in the past actually fighting for the cause. All you have right now are online larpers (me included), real life groups grifting (i.e. trots whose whole existence is to sell stuff and get their money up) or book clubs pretending to be revolutionary. There's no real working class movement, the class is still reeling from defeat a century ago, ML necrophilia and red scares.

Barely anyone uses the word to refer to it's original meaning now, even when it comes to real life. Vast majority of what people would call "larp" isn't even deliberate roleplaying but rather delusions of grandeur or shit nobody cares about

Hey, I'm not a grifter. I don't benefit.

I'm not a book club. Don't have friends, haven't read books.

And I'm not a larper because the internet isn't real life and I don't do anything else.

You reached the end
