Giving me flashbacks to my bank refusing access to their website from mobile browsers for "security reasons". So I had my mobile browser change the user agent string to desktop.

So secure.

Much safety.

Wooooow.

I stopped doing business with that bank as soon as was feasible. Glad I'm not currently using any Sony products.

Why is the OS relevant for age verification?

And why does failed age verification has to be reported to "the authorities"?

This looks like the age verification is just a front for something shady ngl. Nothing of this makes sense, if they're just trying to stop a kid from accessing adult content. They could just say "sry, access denied ..."
