There was a post from the Admins earlier today describing the situation in full. Jerboa still works, just hit okay. The instance will be update in a few days when the Lemmy update is actually ready.
When I downloaded the 0.34 for the first time I had to spam by tapping my finger when opening the app, after few attempts it started working and now it opens normally every time. You may want to go back to 0.33.
The server hasn't been updated yet to version 0.18.0 which is required for the version 0.35 jerboa app to work with it.

That is dependent on the instance admin and when they determine when they will upgrade.
0.18.0 doesn't have captcha and apparently has some problems when upgrading, so we're waiting on 0.18.1. (Shouldn't take longer than a few days.)

I am on the latest version of the app and it still works after I ignored the popup.
Yes the app works but when I want to see only subscribed posts it doesn't works and says I am not login.
It's a bug or smth, downgrade the app till they either fix it or the instance upgrades to newer version

But then it crashes, apparently because lemmy.ml is on 0.18.0.
I have no idea then.
Edit: Coz I updated my app around an hour ago to 0.34 and it works for me
