Seems like it's fine to me? Any idea if it's possibly your ISP or if it's anything you've done?
When I go to exhentai.org I get a blank page and when I go to g.e-hentai.org I get the Cloudflare "Web server is down" error message so I doubt it's my ISP.
They're both up and you got the wrong URL for EH, the correct one is https://e-hentai.org, that's why you can't access it. As for the blank page on ExH, that means you don't have the correct login cookies from EH. You need to clear your browser's cache and cookies, then go log-in on EH and then you should be able to access ExH (don't go to ExH before logging into EH or you'll have to start over).
Up for me fyi. Edit: "g.e-..." fails. But main e- domain works
Cookies takes so long to clean you likely forgot to refresh them.
