I wish I had one. I grew up religious and still go to church a few times a month, and it just makes me sad. The disconnect between what we talk about, and the daily lives of the people around me, it's just depressing.
They should be happy. They mostly aren't.
They should feel safe. They mostly don't.
They should be champions of all humanity. They mostly only think about their small communities.
They should take responsibility for people acting in their name. They didn't.

I'm so sorry that you have this experience. We need to pray for the Church to experience the joy of following Christ.
