If something says it will take so many "calendar days" would you include weekends and bank holidays?

I always assumed the term is used specifically to differentiate it from "working days", but talking to my bank today they claimed that "calendar days" doesn't include weekends and bank holidays.
Okay so this is an old thread but I'm going to respond anyway because it's interesting and nobody else said this.
"Calendar day" means whole days - midnight to midnight.
So for example if a website says "Once you begin your application it must be submitted within 3 calendar days" this means regardless of when on the first day you start it, you have until midnight on the third day to finish.
This is different from 'days' which could ambiguously mean either whole days or periods of 24 hours, depending on interpretation.
So "calendar day" is a more specific term intended to resolve that ambiguity.
(And yes, it does includes weekends and other non-working days)
They're definitely thinking of working days, calendar days are days on a calendar.
Calendar days to me would be actual days, I.e. including weekends and bank holidays. There is no way it can be the same as working days!

Cannot see why anyone would use calendar days. Unless they were trying to distinguish from working days.
So yes that would mean weekend and bank holidays.
Working days: weekdays excluding holidays.
Calendar days: actual days.
