Fuck off with this "accused" bullshit.

He was found by a judge to have raped her.

He was found by a jury to have raped her. The judge agreed.

He could have taken a simple DNA test to exonerate himself.

He chose to pay her off instead.

Hmmmmmm

That was my thought exactly. You can call Trump a rapist without worrying about libel or slander. A judge has basically given everyone permission.

47

Not if you're sane washing him from his side of the line. They're complicit.

Love how the article is still pretending she was a victim of alleged assault despite courts ruling she was raped. Wow AP, you have fallen.

Courts ruled she was sexually abused, not raped. The judge said the assault fit the colloquial usage of "rape" but not the narrower legal definition.

Not that it really matters. Trump is a rapist.

Think she'll be eligible for any of that $1.8B 'weaponized prosecution' fund?

It was a civil case, not a criminal case. That's why Trump's an "adjudicated rapist" instead of "convicted rapist". And yes, there is a difference. That difference being his requirement to compensate her financially, rather than him be sentenced to "federal get-fucked-in-the-ass prison".

13

I think the main difference is actually the burden of proof needed. For civil cases, it's "the preponderance of evidence," and criminal is, "beyond a reasonable doubt".

However, that doesn't mean he is not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Just that it didn't need to be proved in court to get the ruling.

2

He wasn't convicted. He was found liable since it was a civil suit.

Trump blubbers about "lawfare" to the tune of $1.8 billion and then does this...

They are probably investigating all of the Epstein survivor too. Nice way to spend the taxes of your citizens USA.

9

Why is it even being called "The Justice Department"? At this point just call it The Trump Department.

You reached the end
