cheat sheet

My cheat sheet for Foo Fighters Pretender, I haven't even added fills, there's a lot going on for such a relatively simple song, now I understand why our former drummer was a bit reluctant to add it to our repertoire :-)

I have never seen drum sheets. Is that how it's normaly notated? Is every note a different drum - e.g. the A would be the base drum?

I like to place my bassdrums on middle D and C, makes it easier to read imo, but yes that's the general idea, with cymbals above, pedals on the bottom and individual drums in the middle.

That's interesting! So everybody has their own system? Or is there something a Norwegian could write and someone from Japan could play?

I have seen minor differences in how people notate their drums, this one seams to be a relatively good guide:

(from https://www.onlinedrummer.com/pages/drum-key)

The one they use at Drumeo is a bit different, and some people have their own little tricks. I like to use an x inside a circle to notate an open hihat, and use half circle to notate half open hihat, and so on.
