Weird call. But I would most likely make humans extinct, maybe the next inteligent species is smart enough to not abuse natural resources, and live in harmony with nature instead of what we are doing.
You may call me weird but we are the ones going towards exctintion bc of ourselves, and I just don't think all the other species deserve that.
I would rather make mosquitoes extinct. No species survives solely on mosquitoes, so other bugs would just take their place in terms of being consumed as prey.

I'd make bedbugs extinct. Or fleas, or can I nuke both?

I'd rather get rid of mosquitoes, or being back pterodactyls.
I think multiple species carry malaria, that was my first thought. But only tsetse flies carry sleeping sickness, so that would be cool.
But I like sleeping...
