Especially since a bunch of pests hate the smell of any kind of mint. Everyone with a garden should have mint out around it. Anyone with an old garage/shed that rodents might go into, should have mint around it
Put seeds out once or twice and problem is solved forever, because that mint ain't leaving. The smell that we enjoy, is like pepper spray to the things that might eat it so they don't even come near it.
