How do I action/ignore false reports on posts within the communities I moderate?

I don't see options to do any actioning as a moderator...

Given that this question relates to the PieFed software, I think [email protected] might be a more helpful place to ask :)
Typically, you would follow the link to said reported content, then take action from there.
