Want to use adaptive icons primarily for shape-changing (not color-changing), with a flat or material design aesthetic. Actively maintained packs are a big plus.

Here's what I've found so far:

• ADAPT - Adaptive Icon Pack — last updated Nov 2024

• Resicon Pack - Flat — last updated Jul 2024

• Papirus Adaptive — last updated May 2021

• MIUI Adaptive — last updated Apr 2019

The first two seem reasonably maintained, but the coverage could be better and I'm hoping there are better options I've missed. Would love to hear what others are using!
