We also achieved some big victories in LGBTQIA+ rights, women’s rights and black people’s rights and the system managed to convince us afterwards, that these things didn’t happen inspite of it, but because of it.

In a way the system is right. Success for minority group rights are likely a substitute to prevent worker rights or rather limits on capitalism. Equality of people already implies same rights for all.
