Agree, but you gotta be careful with the implementation. Republicans have caused havoc before by trying to recall an elected official that had pretty much no chance of actually getting recalled. In the end it just wasted a bunch of taxpayer money and distracted the official from actually doing their job.

I say you're allowed one recall election per term, the process must be started by the state party organization (e.g. Democratic Party of Pennsylvania) or by petition if independent, and the election must coincide with another general election to avoid extra costs to the state.
