Nudity is overly fetishized for that to happen but that is a good goal to look up for.
Have you considered joining a nudist/naturist community?
I think the fetishization would go down if people get used to it more.
There are no nudist communities around me, though I've been to nude beaches before.
It's a good start but there's always the classic problem of "you don't want to see what they're showing" lol
If nudity was to be normalized a lot of behaviors that are currently considered devianting or even criminal would disappear.

Can confirm this. I was raised and lived until 20 in a "clothes kinda optional" community and a lot of "kinks" or fetishes were inexistent. People simply acted normal and nobody cared that much what you wore... or not
