Export out, then double exposure it on darken mode, mask in what you want (stacks brush), then line up another double exposure on lighten mode, mask in what you want, rinse and repeat. I made a heavily skewed version to fake the in-between frames. The rest is just 12 or so filter layers, also with stacks brush on at least half of them. It's kinda tedious compared to any desktop editor, but I just love Snapseed's interface for whatever reason.
I'm really a novice at photo editing, but you inspired me to try a composite photo, thank you. I'd like to learn how to do this on Snapseed if you have any tips.
