I'm still really happy with my 1660 OC super and my, hundreds of games, backlog that will all run on high with it still isn't going anywhere.

Not a 3070 but the 3060 12GB Version. Had to buy it for 440€ back then when my old trusty R9 390 died...
If you're able to tweak some settings and mod the game, you can still achieve at least 60FPS at 1080p on mid/high in new games.
Some games running brilliantly and look fantastic, some are just a shitshow...
Playing Doom 2016 on max settings at 1080 with 200fps capped and the game looks better than half of the games released in the last decade while looking like crap
