Thread contains a good example of how cult-like they are:
Admin telling them off for using Wikipedia (even though he's used Wikipedia plenty of times)
Prolewiki curiously runs a severe deficit of citations. The references list on any entry is tiny.
What's hilarious is that they claim Wikipedia is CIA propaganda, when their own article on gulags cites... The CIA.
