Best I got was one time during warm up she was laying down on her back and I was fingering while eating her out.

Then I just had an urge to pick her up. So I lifted her while supporting her butt/lower back and continued eating.

It wasn't riding my shoulders or anything. More like her head on the pillow, face up and butt raised in the air. Kinda like face down/ass up but facing up.

I was concerned about her neck so I stopped based on verbal cues/noises. Afterwards she said she really liked it.
