Handwriting on newly released note matches one found after Epstein's death, experts tell AP

A note that a former cellmate said he discovered after Jeffrey Epstein’s first suspected jail suicide attempt was all but certainly penned by the same person as a note that authorities found in the millionaire sex offender’s cell after he killed himself, handwriting experts say.

Three forensic document examiners who reviewed the notes at the request of The Associated Press concluded that they have or appear to have common authorship, with shared characteristics such as the same spacing, letter shapes, usage of capital letters and unique punctuation.

In the first note, made public this week, the writer states: “They investigated me for month — found nothing!!!” and talks about being able to choose the “time to say goodbye.” The other note, which has been public for years, is a list of grievances about conditions at the jail, including the showers, food and “Giant Bugs.”

puts on conspiracy hat

Pen plotters exist. A sufficiently advanced nation state's intelligence services could replicate his particular style of handwriting with enough data to forge a note like this.

Really cool video. I wish I had even a fraction of the kit he's got lol.

I did get a 3D printer recently, so time to build everything else.

Humans can do this too. It's just mimicry of lines. Ask a class of 2D art majors to try and you'll get a few solid forgeries

Do pen plotters control pressure and angle?

Does it really matter if he killed himself or not? Either he was murdered, or he was intentionally allowed to commit suicide. The conclusion of both of those options is that the people in charge did this.

He was facing decades upon decades alone in a cell. There’s no way he’d have been in genpop. So he’d have to just sit in a cell all day by himself. Ofc he didn’t want that. Not saying he DID kill himself, just reiterating if I was in his position, I’d probably want to die too.

The info here is that multiple handwriting samples don't match, apparently only one

Yeah. Mostly. It might help to lend credibility to a stack of better evidence, but by itself it means nothing.

At this point the people who believe the conspiracy theory can't be convinced that it's false.
