Side + Stomach. I wish I could sleep on my back.

I’m most comfortable on my stomach, but usually fall asleep on my side. Nothing feels better than switching to my stomach after waking up before my alarm. Gets my spine nice and un-fucked.

You know the recovery position you learn in First Aid... that. Mostly side, sort of stomach, so comfortable.

That's why it's called the recovery position. You'll recover faster in it.

Used to sleep on my stomach but after I read that it was bad for me, started sleeping on my side. I now prefer to sleep on my side.

Did you just switch? I find it difficult to give up the habit, can't fall asleep in a different position.

Switched years ago. I don't recall that it took a lot of effort.

Whatever the cats and spouse deem acceptable at any given hour. I found myself twisted at the waist to keep my bottom half bent knees on its side to accommodate feet and tummy cats while I lay on my back with my arms out on my upper half to accommodate my spouse's cerebellum and armpit cat this morning

This, I'm always confused by people who only sleep one way all the time.

Stomach sleeping is best, because as long as i can't see the long gangly hairy humanoid hanging from my ceiling it isn't there.

3

Never slept on my back, never had a bed soft enough to sleep on the side plus I'm thin as heck so hip bones hurt

You reached the end
