But since I am a charitable person, none of those thoughts would be outwardly expressed, and for all appearances, I would be smiling at a joke.

Have a Greek medical student learning anatomy and have the prof say "And this, above the heel, is the 'short tendon', yes, it's terribly named because it goes all the way up to the calf, but we didn't understand anatomy well when we first named it. We should probably come up with a new name for it."
