Has anyone ever replaced the fan on the Raspberry Pi PoE Hat? I’m one of the hats I have has a fan with a failing bearing and it sounds very loud and irritating.

Apparently the replacement fan part is AD0205MX-K59. But all the public sources I’ve found for that are rather expensive, and would probably cost nearly as much as a new PoE hat itself.

The fan has an odd connector so I can’t easily swap it out for a generic small fan either.
