Is this sarcasm? Because if you are not aware, VW has more capacity than they can fill. So they need to get rid of it.
So here the "outsourcing" would be from China to Europe. BYD is looking for a 2nd factory in Europe to make their own cars.

VW and Tesla and other built factories in China - in tech thieves country - they gave technologies to them while weakening industry at home. Decades ago was predicted this situation. Let's count what other industries outsourced there - just to be prepared.

No, after Musk gave technology - even software - chinese EV are much more sellable than other EV, even teslas.
