Best reason to be Quranist

I believe that the Qur’an is the only true divine revelation and that Hadith should not be treated as a source of religious law. The Qur’an states in verses like 5:44 to 5:47 that those who do not rule by what God has revealed are disbelievers, wrongdoers, and rebellious, so I conclude that relying on anything outside the Qur’an for law is مخالفة. In 6:114 to 6:115, the Qur’an describes itself as fully detailed and complete, and in 2:2 and similar verses it emphasizes certainty, while 6:116 warns against conjecture. Since Hadith is based on probability and human transmission, I see it as conjecture rather than certainty. I also take 6:93 as a serious warning against falsely claiming revelation from God, which makes calling Hadith “waḥy” dangerous. Even in Hadith literature, such as a narration in Sahih al-Bukhari, Ali reportedly says there is no revelation besides the Qur’an. I see a dilemma in treating Hadith as divine, because accepting a false Hadith would mean attributing lies to God, while rejecting a true one would mean denying revelation, both of which the Qur’an condemns. Historically, I believe early scholars did not treat Hadith as divine in the same way, and that this idea developed later. For these reasons, I conclude that only the Qur’an provides certain and complete guidance, and that religious law should be based on it alone.
