Have anyone dealt with this store AquaticMotiv? I placed a plant order with priority shipping and nothing has shipped in a week. No answer to my emails or messages on the website. Are they a rip off?

They have a phone number have you tried calling? Sometimes small shops get really busy and can be slow getting back to you.
I'll reach out. They did say they have a backlog.
