Getting rid of the time change is good.
Of course, we knew we could count on the UCP to choose the wrong one.
Should have been permanent MST.
Personally, I'd rather the sun rise at 9:30 in the winter, than 4:30 in the summer.
Quite possible the only thing the UCP has done that I approve.
