Singer Serj Tankian has strong disagreement with drummer John Dolmayan's MAGA opinions, so it's unfair to paint the entire band as fascist, especially given their songs' lyrics.

Dolmayan's views aren't entirely ra-ra MAGA either: He supports Armenia's resistance against Azerbaijan's ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh, is against Israel's genocide on Palestinians, and has the respect of his bandmates, so he can't be entirely unreasonable to be around.
