The best part of Trump's makeup is that it is a constant visible reminder that no-one who regularly wears makeup likes him enough to explain how to wear it well.

I mean look at what happened to the woman who gave him hair advice once.

And Vance is a never trumper so he wouldn't share his personal makeup tips with the demented felon...plus he really despises the Clinton's so he probably doesn't want Clinton looking down at a prettier face when he's getting blowies from Trump.
