I have yet to play either, but as a kid, I had a PSX demo disc that included Tomba 2. I remember wanting the full version so bad!

Edit: the demo I had was for Tomba 1.

Same here but with Tomba 1 demo. :D

Can't wait for a great Tomba 2 Steam sale!

Actually, I'm totally wrong ⁻ it was Tomba 1! I had Interactive CD Sampler Disc Volume 7.

Same here now! The mix of 2D and 3D, insanely good pixel art, way too good music and a perfect balance of platformer, RPG and puzzle makes it just sooo much fun.

Have you played Klonoa? How about LittleBigPlanet?

Also, Wikipedia has a list of 2.5D games if you're looking for something new to play.

Klonoa is definitely on my to-play list. Would love a Steam-Port for Pandemonium(I'm a sucker for Achievements D:).

I've never played Little Big Planet, but it always looked fun!

If you do check out LBP, do know that all of them were delisted and the official servers shut down a couple years ago. Physical copies are plentiful, but the games had tons of DLC. A lot of it was just cosmetic, but there were a few level packs that added new mechanics. Fortunately, it's not too difficult to find archives and there are custom servers too.

The servers had actually been down for maintenance for months before the shut down was made official. From what I heard it was because someone figured out how to upload malware through custom levels.

Every few years I play Tomba again. 100%'d them kinda recently before the ports were announced so looking forward to my next playthroughs being on steam instead of emulator :D

Just watch out that you don't miss the 2 missable events (the barrel and lunchbox with the hide'n'seek gal). c:

You reached the end

My 2nd playthrough of Tomba(the Steam port). Not a bad time. :3 | Spyke
