It's unironically hard to find someone who you're personally compatible with, who shares your values, wants to be in a queer relationship, doesn't mind the furry stuff, (and is also kinky af). But at least I'm slowly making friends ^w^

This might not be the right answer for someone with crippling social anxiety, but I stream stuff on Twitch (usually traditional art). I've been doing that for two years, and over the last 6-9 months, I met a couple of cool people who don't even live that far away (still too far to occasionally hang out but close enough to spend a weekend together).
I guess you could generalise that to something like "Do stuff you like in a place where people interact with each other", but that's incredibly vague and probably not very helpful. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer.
