I started DS1 RE few months ago. Have absolutely worst time took 20+ tries to kill asylum demon. Lordran wasnt kind either.

I found cheat engine and maxed out souls. Looks good for some time but bosses still could kill me quickly realized its no fun.

Then I started partial cheating add few souls and humanity using the engine. Still get rekt but was bouncing back quickly. Few runs using less and less cheat.

Yesterday I started abother run without any cheat. Surprisingly rung first bell without being killed even once. Then killed first black knight, lower asylum demon and capra demon on first try! It took several tries every single run with lot of cheats. On top of that got black knight sword, great sword and halberd and boar helmet tooo.

Fucking amazing having a blast right now heading into the depths.
