Ok, since no one could help I took it in my own hand and looked up what's going on in this image.

This building is the Bolshaya Polyanka Street 60, in Moscow. Some images on wikimedia: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Bolshaya_Polyanka_Street_60,_Moscow

I found a nice article about this building in Russian: https://dennis-m.livejournal.com/589093.html?es=1 translated to English with deepl:

"You can't stifle this song, you can't kill it!"

The building on Serpukhovskaya Square, familiar to many, was known primarily for the inscription "We are building communism!" on its end wall. In the nineties, the inscription was covered by an advert, then by a poster depicting windows (even though the end wall is solid, with no windows). And this is what it looks like now:

By the way, its exact address is 60/2 Bolshaya Polyanka Street. But I just can’t make it out: is that an old inscription showing through the mesh covering the building, or has it been painted on?

Incidentally, the building itself dates back to 1904. It was commissioned by the Moscow nobleman Krokos and designed by the architect Ivan Mashkov as an investment property. The ground and first floors housed commercial premises, whilst the four upper floors were apartments. The building even had a cinema. In the 1930s, it was completely converted into residential accommodation. It is currently undergoing renovation. And finally, here is a historical photograph showing what it looked like in the early 1990s (photo from the Pastvya website):

I wonder – will they leave the bas-relief depicting Soviet-era propaganda in place?

Lol, are you blind or what? It's clearly just a print, my question is something is in front of the facade of the building. Or is this some potomkin building or something.

Honestly, idk. It might be a print and in this case props to the artist.
