Quite the onion layer, strategically Mike was making himself a bigger and bigger target. I think they keep shooting themselves in the foot by getting rid of strong players at this point in the game. He has a memorable, kind edit.

I can see why Ozzy wanted to work with him, he seems to be looking for good strategic players to pair up with his challenge beast capabilities; if he can do that well with some players in the merge to get a loyal crew, or reconnect with Cirie without seeming like a pair, he can probably make it far into the game. Maybe Ozzy will get that White Lotus cameo after that episode after all
