Inconsistent tag management

Hello!

For example, I want to delete all tags that are on the forum. I do this centrally in the admin panel. The problem is that after I delete all the tags, the forum topics still remain tagged. The opposite situation also occurs. A tag may exist in the admin panel list, but will not be linked to any of the topics. The second option is acceptable. What should be done about the first? How should tags be handled correctly?

I couldn't reproduce this, I had three topics tagged test. I went to the ACP and deleted the test tag and it disappeared from those 3 topics. Are you still seeing the deleted tag when you load the topic page? What version of NodeBB are you using? If you can reliably reproduce let us know the reproduction steps.

This is ok, you can have empty tags.

Yes and the second 'yes'. NodeBB version is latest stable 4.9.2

I login into admin panel Dashboard (Manage -> Tags), part by part delete all tags, BUT topics' tags persists. The resource is Bios-Doctor Forum. You may create and account then I'll grant you admin privileges, so you can see the problem firsthand.

I can share any logs upon your request too :-)

@twissell yes, the issue only occured on mass deleting tags and if the topic had all those tags.

For example you have a topic with tag1, tag2, tag3 and you delete them at the same time then it was causing this issue.
